MARKIT Group partners with Crosby’s Fish & Shrimp to benefit Water Missions International

This past weekend, MARKIT Group’s Charleston, SC office teamed up with Water Missions International for their “Walk For Water” event at Charleston’s Downtown Cannon Park. MARKIT Group COO Natalie Staropoli represented our company, registering us as co-captains of a team alongside Crosby’s Fish & Shrimp, raising money and awareness for those affected by the global water crisis.
Each participant of the Walk For Water event carried a bucket of water approximately 3.5 miles, symbolizing the distance that women and children in developing countries cover every day to collect water for their families.
